Catherine has been a primary school teacher for over 30 years. For many years as a Resource teacher her focus was on empowering children with Social and Emotional issues. Along with training in Mindfulness, CBT for anxiety and The Three Principles, she brings a wealth of experience working with both children and young adults. Catherine currently works with individual children and adolescents dealing with anxiety.
